I didn’t use up the mixed fertilizer, what can I do to preserve it?
With the leftover mixed fertilizer, you should store it carefully in lidded containers in cool dry place. If it is stored properly, it can be used within 2 weeks.
Note: When using the fertilizer, remember to wear gloves or safety glasses. Importantly, it must be kept out of reach of children.
Why there is water leaked from my upturned planter?
There are reasons why the water leaks from the upturned planter:
– In the process of putting the plant in the planter, you didn’t put much roots, leading to the situation that there isn’t enough roots to absorb the water from the water container.
– The plant is sick, therefore, it can’t fully absorb the water. In this case, you should bring your plant to the nearest garden shop to have proper treatment for your plant.

What do I have to do if the water container doesn’t work well like before?
In the process of using, the impurities (from the mixture of solid and liquid fertilizer or from the dirty water) might block the water container, making it doesn’t work properly. You can contact us to buy new water containers.
Why does the soil fall out of my upturned planter?
There are things you should remember to prevent the soil from falling out of the planters:
– You have to press the soil tightly.
– You have to insert the plastic net.
– You have to wet the soil.
Depending on the weather temperature, the water lasts from 3 to 3.5 days.
Which plants are suitable for the upturned planters?
The plants which are suitable for the upturned planters are the ones with leaves or flowers, even vegetables. However, the plants with short form will be more beautiful in the process of growing. For example: evergreen, ivy, orchid, begonia,…
My plants can’t live in the upturned planters. Why is it? And does it concern the upturn way of growing?
It depends on many factors: plant species, weather, the structure of the soil, and the special care of each type of plant. There are plants that do not need much water (snake plant), or soil (orchid), or sunlight (Boston fern). Please do not hesitate to contact us for more consulting.
More importantly, you shouldn’t take out the soil which cover the root of the plants. Because it will affect the root and cause death to the plants. You can put the upturned planter upward in 24 hours making the plant’s root more secure to the soil. Moreover, you should check the water in the water container twice a week.
